Overview Retail Shift Leader - Central Belt - £13.73* p/hr at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd Location: Central Belt Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowance Responsibilities Take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters and deliver end-to-end stock taking services on client sites. Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed and exceptional customer service standards are delivered on all sites. Monitor and improve team productivity; complete stock counts accurately within given timeframes. Travel to different client sites; flexible availability; may be required to stay away from home. Days and Hours Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts Benefits Wagestream: access to wages from 3 days after shift completion, with financial wellbeing support Full mileage or company car Full-time/permanent salaries available Expenses paid Ongoing training Progression opportunities Paid holiday Overseas opportunities Person Specification A Full Driving License Outstanding customer service skills Effective communication with all levels of personnel Basic IT skills Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Willingness and ability to travel Please note: all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are warehouses or large retail premises where you may access high/ground stock. This role will involve unsociable hours (early mornings or night shifts) and we are unable to hire anyone under 18.
