Job Description
The Central Kiosk Monitoring Assistant provides critical support to the Central Kiosk Monitoring Manager by assisting in the real-time monitoring and management of kiosk machines across various locations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and optimal performance of kiosks, contributing to cost reduction, improved business outcomes, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Within 4 hours
- Assist in the real-time monitoring of kiosk machines across different locations, using established protocols and monitoring tools to ensure continuous operation.
- Identify and report any anomalies, malfunctions in the kiosks to the Central Kiosk Monitoring Manager for prompt resolution.
Support the maintenance of accurate records of kiosk performance, uptime, and any incidents that occur during monitoring.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on kiosk performance status to the Central Kiosk Monitoring Manager.
- Document any issues encountered during monitoring, including the steps taken to resolve them, ensuring thorough and accurate records are maintained.
Assist in updating and maintaining the central database with relevant kiosk monitoring data.
Coordinate with the technical team for issues that require on-site intervention, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
Support efforts to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring kiosks are operating efficiently and effectively.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest monitoring tools, techniques, and best practices.
Assist in training new team members on monitoring procedures and protocols.
Provide suggestions for improving monitoring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Central Kiosk Monitoring Manager to implement process improvements and best practices.
Ensure that all monitoring activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Assist in conducting routine checks to ensure that monitoring systems are functioning correctly and securely.
Compliance with e-tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- At least one year of experience working in machine or product deployment monitoring.
