Your role The Talent Development Associate is a response to focus on increasing the level of relevant skills and knowledge within the organization's workforce through the provision of training and learning support to staff and managers. Scoping of multimedia support requested by main clients HR (and other departments from time to time) Coordinating and collaborating with the program owner(Talent Development Team) in planning and designing E-Learning material Crafting of storyboard, shot list, planning, and coordination of the logistical requirements for the multimedia production process Executing E-Learning design using the most suited authoring application (Articulate and Adobe Suite) Coordination with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and administrators to fulfill the E-Learning publication process using such platforms Participation in regular and ad hoc meetings which are essential in the proper scoping, work planning, production and post-production, and execution of all multimedia output Providing and performing multimedia and production support in company events, pre-event, event proper, and post-event activities and tasks.
