Instructional Design Specialist IQ-EQ Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines We’re seeking a Learning & Development Specialist – Instructional Designer to join our internal Technical Training team on a project-based engagement through December 2026 . This role blends creativity, instructional design expertise, and project management to deliver impactful learning experiences across global teams. You’ll be instrumental in designing and developing high-quality training programs—eLearning, instructor‑led, blended formats—that drive performance and engagement. What You’ll Do Conduct needs analyses to identify learning objectives and gaps Design learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles Develop eLearning modules (Articulate 360), job aids, and multimedia content Create storyboards, scripts, and assessments to measure learning outcomes Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders across jurisdictions Manage multiple projects with precision and creativity Maintain and update learning content based on feedback and evolving needs Your Impact You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping technical training across our global organization. As part of a remote‑first, collaborative team, your work will directly influence how our people learn, grow, and succeed.
