Role Overview As a Learning Experience (LX) Designer you create engaging, learner‑centered training solutions and provide thought leadership on instructional design strategies and learning analytics. Responsibilities Analyze learning needs and determine skill and competency requirements across roles. Define training objectives, performance targets, and instructional design strategy to achieve learning outcomes. Scope, outline, and build training curricula, lesson plans, storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and participant guides. Facilitate train‑the‑trainer (T3) and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions. Design assessments, conduct learning effectiveness evaluations, and drive online learning adoption and content usage. Collaborate with Learning Media Development, LMS Administration, and PST teams to develop and implement innovative self‑paced solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field; master’s degree is a plus. 3–5 years designing training programs, conducting learning needs analyses, and developing training materials. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation practices. Experience defining measurable training goals and learning objectives across all learning domains. Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, and experience applying e‑learning design principles in an LMS environment. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated with behaviors aligned with TaskUs core values.
