Instructional Designer Ecosa Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and purpose-driven Instructional Designer to join our growing Learning and Development team at Ecosa. As our Instructional Designer, you will take ownership of the entire learning material development lifecycle, from needs analysis and instructional design to development, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain a wide range of learning assets, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training guides (virtual and in-person), job aids, SOPs, and multimedia content. Conduct learning needs assessments, recommend learning interventions, and translate them into actionable, scalable learning programs. Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, prioritize based on business impact, communicate progress, and develop assessment strategies. Upload, manage, and publish learning content to the Learning Management System (Litmos or equivalent) and monitor course completion and analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or high-growth company. Strong portfolio showcasing digital learning content, blended learning programs, and use of instructional strategies tailored to adult learners. Proficiency in learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video/audio editing tools. Experience with LMS platforms (Litmos, Moodle, LearnUpon, etc.) and knowledge base platforms (Zendesk Guide, Document360, Bloomfire, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong project management, and high emotional intelligence.
