The Role

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in your assigned territory by developing distributor and reseller networks , enabling partners, and ensuring customers gain access to innovative energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, EPCs, and installers).

  • Conduct product presentations and training for partners.

  • Work with global teams on pricing, marketing, and product launches .

  • Identify new market opportunities and represent the brand at industry events .

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in sales, channel management, or business development .

  • Experience in renewable energy, solar, batteries, inverters, power systems, telecom power, or UPS .

  • Strong industry network in your territory (Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao ).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and collaborative.

  • Based in Manila, Cebu, or Davao , with flexibility to travel regionally.
