Provide coverage during core business hours; limited early or late shifts may be required for international calls. Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 24 years experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C‑suite or Founders in fast‑paced environments. Comfort with hybrid work setups: strong self‑direction, reliability, and discipline. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools. Superior organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities. Independent thinker who remains composed under pressure, reacts quickly to shifting priorities, and anticipates needs. Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Experience in remote and international support environments. Previous exposure to BPO industry workflows is a bonus.
