The Accounting Associate 1 is responsible for providing accounting and customer service support in managing owner accounts, escrow transactions, vendor setups, and chargebacks. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established accounting policies and procedures while maintaining effective communication with owners, property managers, and internal teams. Responsibilities: Manage owner records and accounts receivables, ensuring accuracy and updated information Handle owner inquiries on billing, payments, and account status within set timelines Coordinate with accountants, admins, and property managers to resolve ownership or receivable issues Support escrow transactions and assist in setting up new owner accounts and Surepay enrollments Prepare and distribute billing statements, welcome letters, and related documents Maintain import logs, uphold data confidentiality, and contribute to process improvement initiatives Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in accounting, administration, or property management-related work Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks Demonstrates accountability, flexibility, good judgment, and proactive problem-solving Experience with CINC Systems or similar software and background in HOA or property management accounting is an advantage Be part of a growing global team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
