Call Center Representative - Fresh Grad / No BPO Exp. - Alorica Clark Pampanga

TalentLink Outsourcing is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently. Other key responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and collaborating with team members to enhance service quality.

Requirements & Benefits
