The Accounting Team Leader is responsible for supervising accountants in the execution of daily accounting operations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with financial reporting standards. The role oversees staff development, enforces accounting policies and internal controls, and ensures excellent customer service delivery. Responsibilities: Supervise accountants to ensure quality performance, accurate reporting, and timely deliverables Lead daily financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger operations Coach and mentor staff while promoting adherence to accounting policies and internal controls Review workloads, conduct evaluations, and drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with auditors and support system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality accounting services and proactive issue resolution Qualifications: At least 5 years of supervisory experience in accounting or financial reporting Strong background in financial reporting, general ledger management, and data analysis Skilled in leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication Proficient in Microsoft Excel with solid organizational and project management abilities Demonstrates accountability, sound judgment, and adaptability in fast‑paced environments Experience with Microsoft Dynamics–Solomon, process improvements, or shared services/BPO setup is an advantage Be part of a growing global team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
