Number of Openings: 1 The DCXRecruiter will work as a full-time internal employee at DCX. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you\'ve learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by your internal team. The daily tasks will vary, so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills. Responsibilities Conducts resumes reviews, candidate screening and interviews, and endorsements to Talent Acquisition Leadership for possible client placement Performs headhunting, cold calling, and other methodologies of passive recruiting to close hard-to-fill and highly specialized manpower requests Carefully scrutinizes candidate\'s credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements Creates, prepares, and posts job postings to online job channels, job boards, and social media Assists other HR Functions in creating and maintaining DCX brand through job postings and advertisements Generates and accomplishes reports and updates dashboards and metrics related to Talent Acquisition Assists the HR Leadership during client-facing meetings Assist in the further development of the Talent Acquisition Team Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing Qualifications Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English Have a love for Human Resources especially in Talent Acquisition A strong multitasker Highly organized Have a proven history of filling roles on a strict deadline Be willing to ask when guidance is needed A team player Highly flexible within the realm of HR as this will be a dynamic position Programs That Will Be Used Microsoft 365 ClearCompany Workday Asana Various Microsoft Office productivity software Various web portals Various communication applications Role Details Industry: Outsourcing | Promotional Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PHT) Workdays: Monday through Friday Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient Salary Grade: PHP 25,000.00 – PHP 33,000.00 Additional Job Requirements 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience 1-3 years of professional recruitment experience Education: A degree in Communication, Human Resources or Psychology required About DCX DCX is a leading BPO that supports growth minded small and medium sized businesses in the United States.
