Job Summary The Elite Job is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for a Home-Based Online Typing Job (Data Encoder) position. As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing large volumes of data efficiently and accurately from various sources. Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update data into company systems or databases. Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Generate basic reports as required by management. Maintain organized records of entered data and perform audits to ensure data accuracy. Communicate with internal teams to clarify incomplete or inconsistent data. Meet daily/weekly deadlines with a high level of accuracy and consistency. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 40 words per minute preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic Google tools. Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer. Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity. Experience Prior experience in data entry, clerical, administrative, or similar roles is advantageous but not required .
