Position Overview

The Sales Closer is responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients by delivering persuasive and consultative sales presentations. This role directly impacts revenue growth and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sales calls with pre-qualified prospects scheduled by appointment setters.

- Present solutions clearly and persuasively to address client needs.

- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and guide prospects toward a decision.

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the Sales Director and team to refine sales scripts and closing strategies.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales closing experience (high-ticket sales is an advantage).

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.

- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas — please be ready to share actual sales figures, performance reports, or references.

- Ability to show closing rate percentage (e.g., X% of calls converted to sales).

- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

- Experience in online/virtual sales environments is highly preferred.
