About Us: JustSimply Marketing is a leading marketing agency startup focused on helping businesses scale through targeted marketing strategies. We are looking for high-performing, self-motivated sales professionals to join our remote team and take advantage of an exciting commission-based compensation structure.

**Our Client's sales event typically occurs on the third weekend of each month. They require Closers for Sales calls during the subsequent 1-2 weeks (Monday to Friday).

Job Title: Part-Time High-Ticket Sales Closer

Location: Remote (Global Candidates)

Compensation: Commission-only with performance-based incentives.

Sales Value Range: $30,000+ USD

Commission Range: 5%

Commission Structure:

  • Commission: 5% of Cash Collected

Responsibilities:

  • Close in-bound hot leads on JSM's Client's High-Ticket Program.
  • Articulate the benefits of our services clearly, confidently, and persuasively to close deals.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives and higher commission tiers.
  • Track and document sales activity, including calls, leads, and conversions, in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Experience with Google Sheets (formulas)

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in high-ticket sales with experience closing deals in the $15,000 USD + range.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and close sales with confidence.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adhere to sales processes and guidelines.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in client engagement.
  • Previous experience in B2B  Sales, Marketing, for the Financial/ Insurance industry or similar industries is a plus.
