Hotel Coordinator (FIT) The Department Our reservations teams act as the dynamic interface between our global network of sales offices and suppliers across Europe and the Middle East. We book everything from a five‑star hotel suite in Dubai to a meal in a Chinese restaurant in Dublin – and everything in between. Building strong relationships with suppliers allows us to deliver best‑value service to our customers. The Role As a Hotel Coordinator, you will provide commercial and administrative support to Hotel Contracting Managers in an assigned geographical area. Your main focus will be to continuously analyse and optimise hotel contracts so G2 Travel maintains the most competitive portfolio. Key Activities Assist with contract form completion, including Legal T&Cs, Finance Forms, and internal documents; coordinate communication between departments regarding existing or new contracts. Run and analyse commercial reports as requested by Destination or Regional Managers. Monitor contract availability, restrictions, and validity, taking corrective actions when necessary. Analyse and monitor low‑production contracts and identify opportunities to improve terms. Negotiate special offers and promotions. Assist hotels and Destination Managers with training. Key Relationships Destination Managers Regional Managers Head of Destination Management Reservation Team Hotels The Requirements Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally and efficiently within the team and with hotels. Proficient at evaluating and analysing data with keen attention to detail. Proactive and intuitive to the needs of other departments. Driven to succeed with a professional ‘can‑do’ attitude and work ethic. Able to work to deadlines independently in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
