  • OSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Assistant will provide vital support to the Sales & Marketing Department by assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Executive, the Marketing Assistant will help ensure the hotel's brand visibility, market competitiveness, and guest engagement.

  • SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Executive in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional strategies.
  • Support content creation for digital platforms, including social media, website updates, newsletters, and email marketing.
  • Help coordinate photography, videography, and other creative assets for marketing use.
  • Monitor social media platforms and respond to inquiries/comments in line with brand standards.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and performance tracking (ROI, engagement, inquiries).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Support the production and distribution of marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, and posters.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain marketing files, databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping of campaigns and promotions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Marketing Executive to support departmental objectives.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry (fresh graduates can apply but internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Workplace; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time
