What You’ll Do- Outbound calls to clients (0-5+ per month) to follow up on missing information via email or phone.
- Prepare and review tax organizers for filing 1040s, business tax returns, amended tax returns, and state returns for past/current years.
- Assist Tax Preparers with IRS Transcripts to confirm income entered into tax software.
- Review client documents and ensure they are received and entered in the client file (W2s, 1099s, expenses, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams to deliver accurate tax returns.
- Enter data from client documents into Tax Software; review returns for signatures before processing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Experience in the Accounting industry
- Experience with outbound calls, emails, and client communications
- Proficient in English; meticulous attention to detail and accountability
- Willing to work onsite in MOA night shift
- Experience in tax industry (not required)
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Self-starter, industrious, and motivated
