Responsible for data quality checks, process documentation, and creating management reports to support sales compensation and operations. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Handling data quality checks to ensure accuracy for systems and reporting automations. Documenting and streamlining system processes to maintain existing workflows. Managing and maintaining crediting processes and sales reports as the business evolves. Validating crediting data, identifying computational gaps, and ensuring credit guidelines and company policies are applied to all sales. Collaborating with the automation team to create management reports and dashboards using Tableau and Excel. Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and expand business knowledge. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and acting as a point of contact for communication and expectation management. Establishing regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote data-driven monitoring of operations. Understanding how various systems operate and interact to generate and automate report dashboards. About You The company is looking for: Fresh graduates with a 4-year degree, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields. Exposure to sales operations and/or SaaS industry. Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRMs. Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Hadoop, or other database platforms is desired. Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce is preferred. Ability to use data engineering techniques to clean and process data. Amenable to working night shifts (e.g., 3 am - 12nn Tuesday to Saturday). Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas). Benefits Comprehensive HMO package (medical and dental). Paid time off and paid sick leave.
