Manage sales performance metrics, resolve sales crediting disputes, and create reports to ensure accurate sales commissions in a hybrid setup. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Manage sales performance metrics and monitor sales credits and bookings. Handle, systematize, and resolve sales crediting disputes to ensure commission accuracy. Design and adapt crediting processes and sales reports as the business evolves. Validate crediting data, identify computational gaps, and ensure credit guidelines and policies are applied. Create management reports and dashboards using Tableau and Excel to monitor daily operations and performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and expand business knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a point of contact for communication and expectation management. Establish regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote data-driven monitoring of operations. About You The company is looking for: Fresh graduates with a 4-year degree, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields. Exposure to sales operations and/or SaaS industry. Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRMs. Excellent English communication skills. Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with attention to data cleaning and organization. High degree of confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive business information. Willingness to work night shift (2 AM to 11 AM MNL, Tuesday to Saturday), including Philippine holidays. Amenable to hybrid work setup with 10-11 days in office per month (Cubao or Ortigas).
