Responsibilities Provide a backup and support to the Reports Analyst who manages and produces a list of existing reports Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager on claims management including transfer of documentation between systems (CW1 and M-Files) Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager during the implementation of Resolver Provide ongoing support for data entry and verification tasks in Resolver PSA registration ISO documentation support – drafting/update to templates, SOPs, policy etc. Information gathering / analysis of data Extract data from CW1 and produce regular reports as per the task list using Excel / Pivot Tables based on pre-defined processes Work under the guidance of the Business Analyst team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders. Understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet stakeholders' needs. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular validation and quality assurance processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization techniques.
