Human Resources Specialist

InteLogix Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines

• Support with a variety of daily HR tasks, including coordinating and facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation programs

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hiring procedures

• Manage employee records, support benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Maintain and update HR database, personnel files, and other information sources/systems to always ensure accuracy of data.

• Provide HR administration across all processes within the business

• Maintain, improve, and upkeep HR standard operating procedures to improve efficiency in work processes that translate into improving employee experience in Check Point.

• Participate in special projects related to the HR Operations team.

• Support performance evaluations, identify training needs, and assist in developing and coordinating employee development programs.

• Support HR projects, policy development, and process improvements while preparing reports and presentations on HR metrics.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate preferably BS Psychology or Behavioral Science Graduate.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of HR experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe acrobat and experience working on simple reporting and working with Excel is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Understanding of payroll, benefits programs, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Attention to detail, process-driven, proactive problem-solver, strong project management skills
  • Strong service orientation with a proactive, can-do attitude, collaborative spirit
  • Capacity to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with different departments and HR team members.
  • Candidate must be amenable to work on-site (Estancia, Pasig City) and graveyard schedule (following CST/EST Timezone).
