Overview
Recruitment Operations Coordinator at Gabtech Global, LLC. Remote/WFH. Start as Part-time, will transition to Full-time as the demands increase. Rate: PHP 218.75 per hour.
Responsibilities- Primary responsibilities for building the caregiver team, recruiting highly results-oriented Care Staff, matching caregivers with clients, and coordinating caregiver schedules.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients. This position involves extensive telephone work and interaction with caregivers, clients, prospective clients, and health care professionals.
- Recruit through job boards, social media, and other creative avenues.
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients via phone call or A Place for Mom (APFM) lead inquiry email with a sense of urgency.
- Provide accurate and timely information about services to prospective clients and schedule intake appointments for the Administrator when possible.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and caregivers.
- Check office recruitment resources daily on Career Plug and follow up with each caregiver in a timely manner.
- Phone screen, conduct virtual interviews, and perform reference checks on caregivers.
- Remind candidates of upcoming orientation to increase show rate.
- Complete background checks through the current vendor and verify the OIG Exclusion List.
- Recruit caregivers at a minimum rate of 4-5 new hires per week.
- Develop and maintain a systematic scheduling process, including documenting interactions with caregivers and clients.
- Send required HR credential forms and pre-onboarding forms through Docusign for signature and documentation.
- Update HR records in the CRM (Axis Care).
- Match appropriate caregivers to cases based on personality, availability, and skill set.
- Ensure client schedules are 100% accurate and fully staffed; arrange substitute/backup coverage when necessary.
- Verify completed schedules to ensure billing and payroll accuracy for invoicing.
- Work with Administrator to ensure correct hours and pay rates for payroll and billing rates.
- Maintain client files in Axis Care and keep them up to date.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure all client needs are met and documented.
- Verify authorization of services with payors.
- Resolve caregiver questions, concerns, or schedule changes.
- Provide positive feedback regarding caregivers’ accomplishments or exemplary performance.
- Counsel caregivers regarding attendance or performance issues.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call support as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must Have
- At least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a health care setting.
- Recruiting experience.
- Sense of urgency with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, coachable, curious, and committed to succeed; ability to identify these qualities in candidates.
- Problem-solving ability and independent work capability.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a senior service setting is preferred.
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
