eCommerce Coordinator (Up to ₱42K + WFH Setup + FREE AI Certification)
3 months contract-based | WFH | Day Shift (7 AM–4 PM PH Time)

Your role

  • Set up and manage promotions, including discounts, banners, and product collections; source and edit images from suppliers in line with company guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise, Marketing, and Operations teams to align the online presence with brand objectives.
  • Assist the marketing team to ensure in-store objectives and timelines are met.
  • Set up and manage promotions, discounts, banners, and product collections.
  • Source and edit images from suppliers per company guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing activities like SEO, paid ads, and email marketing.
Technical Skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage product listings and promotions accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively with Marketing, Merchandise, and Operations teams.
  • Experience with Trello for project management is desirable.
