Job Description- Manage daily merchant operations and support activities.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends and issues.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to new merchants.
- Assist in the development of operational strategies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
