Overview The IT Systems Security & Development Engineer will ensure the stability, security, integrity, and efficient online operation of company servers/systems as well as cloud-based services. The role involves working with the IT Support Team to identify and mitigate security issues, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations while applying in-depth knowledge to resolve infrastructure-related issues. Responsibilities Manage and support Lark System, including enhancement and development of forms, process workflows, and approvals. Handle Systems Support Operations day-to-day tasks, including assigned and escalated tickets. Conduct regular systems infrastructure reviews to identify gaps and recommend changes to support organizational needs, ensuring optimal performance and availability of enterprise systems. Respond to security incidents and IT security policy violations pertaining to the enterprise infrastructure promptly. Document system issues with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure incident reports and RCAs are released within the agreed Service Level Agreement, liaising with concerned groups for resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related Associate & Business Course. 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in Systems Administration & Systems Security or a related role. Familiarity with ticketing systems, issue and concern escalation procedures, and server operating system management, implementation, and administration. Same capacity in related roles may be considered. Experience with virtualization and multimedia/streaming services/server concepts. Familiarity with IT Change Management and Incident Management Procedures. Certification is a plus but not required (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA Server+/CompTIA Security+, VCP) or other equivalent system administration/security certifications. Skills & Competencies Base knowledge of cross-platform environments (Windows, Open Source, etc.). Experience with systems services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, storage devices (SAN/NAS), VMware ESXi & vCenter, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc. Knowledge of vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools. Effective written and verbal communication; ability to convey system and security issues clearly to peers and management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
