ROLE:

The
IT Systems Security& Development Engineer

;

• Ensure the overall stability, security, integrity, and efficient online operation of Company Servers/Systems as well Cloud Base Services connectivity. Work with various IT Support Team to identify and mitigate systems security issues, vulnerabilities and misconfigurations by applying in-depth knowledge to resolve System Infrastructure related issues.
• Responsible for Lark System support, enhancement and development of forms, process work flows and approvals.
• Responsible for Systems Support Operations Day-to-Day Tasks, including assigned tickets and escalated tickets
• Conducting regular Systems Infrastructure review to assess gaps and recommends changes to support the present organizational needs and ensuring optimal performance and availability of all enterprise systems.
• Respond to addresses securityincidents and IT security policyviolations pertaining to the enterprise infrastructure level immediately.
• Document Systems related issue Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure that System related incident report and Root Cause Analysis is released within the agreed Service Level Agreement and liaise with concerned groups for the resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Extended competency with administration & configuration of company Systems and Servers Environment, DHCP, DNS, Emailing System, DFS, Collaboration System, Systems Integration, others.
• Manage, configure, administer and implementServers & Servicessuch as;
• Servers
• Microsoft & Open-Source Server and Operating System.
• Services: OS Services Configuration (Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 Standard), Open-Source OS Platform, RAID Configuration, Server Clustering.
• NAS Storage
• Synology & other equivalent storage server devices
• Virtualization
• ESXi Server, HyperV, Hyper ConvergedInfrastructure.
• System Services
• Email System, Endpoint Protection Antivirus System, SMT Service, Active Directory, Domain Controller, Group Policy, DNS, VoIP, SharePoint Server Portal, File Servers (DFS), Acronis Backup System.
• CloudBase Services: Lark Suite.
• Configure, implement, extended security platform/solution in use to protect organization intereste.g. Web FilterBaseline, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, SIEM, and MDM)
• Specialize in maintaining servers, Web Services & Operating Systems of the Servers, analyzes a web traffic pattern and implement changes incline with the Change Management process.
• Monitor and maintain the systems securitysystems of the organization.
• Develop organizational systems security process,run regular Data checkups & backup procedure.
• Assess organization managed services control to ensure customer/user policy and security requirements are met.
• Manage Vendor Relationships
  :
  Keep strong relationships with 3rdparty or cloud integrators and vendors to maintain upgrades, installations and planning of new features and solutions
• Validate to ascertain Systems security best practices executed through auditing of Systems Infrastructure, Servers & services,change logs & configuration.
• Develop, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, information & data
• Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions incline systems security enhancement roadmap and documentation of standard operating procedures and protocols.
• Design technical solutions and conduct proactive research to analyze security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related Associate & Business Course
• At least;
• 2

years workingexperience

years' experience in the SystemsAdministration & Systems Security field or

same capacity
.

• Familiar with Ticketing System,Issue & ConcernEscalation Procedure
• Familiar with Servers Operating System management, implementation and administration,

Virtualization and experience in multimedia and streaming services/server

• Familiar with IT ChangeManagement as well Incident Management Procedure.
• Certification is a PLUS
  but not required
  :
• Microsoft CertifiedSystems Administrator (MCSA)
• CompTIA Server+/CompTIA Security+
• VMWare CertifiedProfessional (VCP)
• Other equal system administration and or system security certifications.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Base knowledge in cross platformenvironment such as Windows, Open Source, etc.
• Relevant experience in Systems servicessuch as active directory and group policy, storage devices (SAN/NAS), VMWare ESXi & VCenter, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.
• Fair knowledge in systems vulnerability scanning and penetration test tools
• Fair written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate system & system security issue to peers and management clearly and effectively.
