The HR Manager – Hotel oversees the full spectrum of human resources for the property, ensuring that all talent, compliance, and organizational standards meet the demands of a premium hospitality environment. The role provides strong leadership across recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy enforcement while safeguarding the hotel’s brand, service excellence, and operational stability. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments, ensuring talent meets brand standards and owner-side requirements. Enforce hotel policies, labor compliance, and discipline measures with fairness and authority. Manage onboarding, performance evaluations, succession planning, and talent calibration. Uphold manpower planning aligned with pre-opening and operational requirements. Serve as HR representative during audits, brand inspections, and owner-side reviews. Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with confidentiality and sound judgment. Implement training, development, and culture programs consistent with hospitality service excellence. Maintain coordination between hotel management, owner side, and corporate HR for alignment of directives, reporting, and staffing decisions. Protect the hotel's integrity, standards, and employer-brand image at all times. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline. Strong background in hotel HR or hospitality HR operations (advantage). Solid command of labor law, HR policies, and hotel compliance requirements. Excellent communication, leadership presence, and decision-making. Able to manage a high-pressure environment with professionalism and discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
