We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Office Business Development Analyst to join our office real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the office space market, corporate real estate trends, and the unique needs of businesses seeking office solutions. This role will be crucial in driving the expansion of our office portfolio by identifying market opportunities, developing strategic concepts, and ensuring the financial viability of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Office Space Planning: Develop long-term strategies for expanding office space offerings, aligning with market demands, corporate needs, and financial objectives.
  • Create office concept plans, incorporating market and financial assumptions, design efficiencies, workspace trends, and alignment with tenant requirements.
  • Market Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of the office real estate market, including tenant demographics, corporate relocation trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.
  • Perform location-specific market studies, including demand forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and economic evaluations to identify new opportunities for office development.
  • Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning: Perform financial analysis, investment budgeting, and scenario planning to evaluate the feasibility of office real estate projects, ensuring alignment with profitability goals and risk management strategies.
  • Develop strategic plans for both existing office properties and new projects, focusing on optimizing financial returns, enhancing tenant experience, and mitigating market risks.
  • Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to junior analysts involved in market studies, financial analysis, and project development for office real estate.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that encourages innovation, excellence, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Management & Compliance Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, corporate standards, and financial objectives.
