We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate industry, with proven expertise in business development, concept planning, market analysis, and project management. This role will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by identifying market opportunities, developing strategic concepts, and ensuring the financial soundness of new and ongoing projects.


Key Responsibilities

Concept Planning

  • Develop long-term visions and strategies for expansion projects aligned with market demand, brand direction, and financial objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive concept plans encompassing market and financial assumptions, design efficiency, and overall user experience.

Market Analytics

  • Conduct in-depth market research covering customer demographics, supply and demand trends, competitive landscape, and emerging industry developments.
  • Perform location-specific studies, including consumer behavior analysis, competitor scanning, and socio-economic assessments to guide project positioning.

Financials and Strategies

  • Execute financial modeling, investment budgeting, and scenario analyses to determine project feasibility.
  • Formulate strategic plans for ongoing and future developments to optimize profitability and minimize business risks.

Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior analysts in conducting market studies and project evaluations.
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performance work culture that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

Management and Compliance Reports

  • Prepare and present analytical reports for management review, summarizing key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management (required).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
  • Prior experience in real estate development or investment analysis is a strong advantage.
