Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Administration Officer to support our client's construction business. This role is responsible for payroll processing, supplier onboarding, compliance management, and general HR administration. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with Employment Hero, KeyPay, and Business Central, and the ability to manage high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll, contract changes, and timesheets in Employment Hero and KeyPay.
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, compliance records, and documentation audits.
  • Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Provide HR and supplier administration support, including drafting letters.
  • Contribute to improving payroll and supplier administration workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in payroll, HR, and/or supplier administration.
  • Proficiency with Employment Hero, KeyPay, Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central), and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and document management.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of compliance documentation and manual follow-ups.
  • Experience in construction or other high-compliance industries desirable.
