What You’ll Do
  • Own CRM & Funnels: Design, manage, and optimize sales funnels to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Run Sales Campaigns: Launch targeted multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Plan Sales Generation Pipelines: Build scalable, repeatable systems for lead flow and client acquisition.
  • Lead Events & Launches: Manage webinars, online events, and product launches that engage and convert.
  • Boost Our Brand: Build MedicalPro’s voice as a thought leader in healthcare tech through consistent branding and storytelling.
  • Drive Social Media: Develop engaging content and strategies that build awareness and community.
  • Manage a Team: Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing support team (graphic artist, VA, developer) to execute campaigns flawlessly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in CRM and sales funnel optimization (non-negotiable).
  • Strong record running multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in sales pipeline planning and demand generation.
  • Hands-on expertise in event management and digital launches.
  • Track record in social media strategy and brand-building.
  • Strong team leadership skills managing creatives and virtual staff.
  • 5+ years in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
  • Philippines-based, flexible/hybrid work arrangement.
