Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert for our sales team, providing insights and solutions to meet customer needs. You will work closely with both sales and engineering teams to deliver solutions that align with our clients\' requirements. This position requires excellent presentation and training skills, as you will prepare and deliver technical presentations that clearly explain how our products and services function, ensuring clients understand and can maximize the value of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to demonstrate how our products and services work, translating complex technical details for diverse audiences.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure that our solutions meet their specific system requirements.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands and offer tailored support, including technical insights and guidance.
- Order Fulfillment: Secure orders, uphold product quality standards, and ensure timely product delivery to meet client expectations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to build rapport, trust, and product acceptance.
- Problem Solving: Assist clients in resolving any issues related to product usage, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our solutions.
- Product Recommendations: Recommend new or improved products that better meet customer needs, explaining how these enhancements can be more cost-effective or beneficial.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or any related field.
- Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
- Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
