Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong problem‑solving abilities and detail‑oriented approach. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
