As the B2B Merchant Training Lead, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs to B2B merchant partners. You will ensure they are well-equipped with the knowledge of GCash products, processes, platforms, and tools through comprehensive onboarding and refresher sessions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs, maintain training records, and continuously improve training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training sessions in multiple formats: in-person, virtual, and workshops, tailored to diverse learning styles
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for merchant partners on GCash products and systems
  • Design, update, and manage training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess and address training needs to support business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and success metrics
  • Respond to ad-hoc training reports and documentation requests
  • Manage and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (TutorLMS) and other digital training tools
  • Prepare reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficient in English and Filipino/Visayan (professional to native/bilingual level)
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in training, teaching, or coaching across various formats (in-person, online, hybrid)
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and virtual training platforms
  • Skilled in using presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly
  • Basic data management and reporting skills
