Overview

The Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end merchant acquisition, onboarding, and engagement process for the LIMITLESS platform. This includes defining a strategic framework for merchant lifecycle management—from acquisition and training to compliance and performance monitoring. The role requires strong coordination across business units to align merchant capabilities with the platform's goals, while also ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience for both merchants and customers. This role plays a key operational role in maintaining merchant relations, ensuring process consistency, enforcing brand integrity, and safeguarding business systems. It also supports campaign development, marketing execution, and platform health through regular reporting, risk mitigation, and inventory oversight.

Qualifications
  • Must be graduate of marketing or any business related program/course.
  • Must have a background in loyalty program initiatives.
  • Proven experience in merchant acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage and negotiate with a wide range of partners.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns, platform merchandising and promotions is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational and compliance discipline.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and performance risks.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to handle additional projects and contribute to broader business initiatives as required.
  • Must be skilled at multitasking with the ability to prioritize key deliverables and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • He/She should have strong analytical, mathematical and reporting skills.
  • A team player who can also function well independently
