RAFI Micro Finance, Inc. is seeking a visionary and impact-driven Chief Transformation Officer to lead enterprise-wide transformation efforts that integrate innovation, digital solutions, and social impact.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will architect and implement the organization’s transformation roadmap—bringing together strategy, technology, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement to create scalable, sustainable change. This role will shape the future of inclusive finance by driving digital enablement, fostering a culture of innovation, and unlocking new value for underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution
    Design and lead RAFI MFI’s innovation strategy and transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

  • Innovation Management
    Establish a structured innovation pipeline—from idea sourcing to pilot, scale, and institutionalization—using data and field insights.

  • Digital Transformation
    Champion digitalization and process redesign across business units. Lead the development of client-centric and AI-driven solutions.

  • Culture Building
    Drive change enablement, encourage a culture of experimentation, and strengthen internal capabilities through innovation sprints and learning programs.

  • Partnership Development
    Forge strategic partnerships with fintechs, platforms, NGOs, and government to accelerate innovation, pilot revenue-sharing models, and explore embedded distribution.

  • Governance & Impact Tracking
    Develop and report on innovation KPIs, ROI, and outcomes to ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with social impact goals.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of leadership experience in innovation, digital transformation, or strategy—ideally in fintech, inclusive finance, or development sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of AI platforms and their responsible application in business environments.

  • Proven success in managing innovation pipelines and scaling pilot initiatives.

  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and navigating complex change.

  • Passionate about financial inclusion and using technology to serve underserved populations.

Preferred:

  • PMP Certification, MBA or relevant master’s degree

  • International work exposure or cross-sector collaboration experience
