The Site Translator is responsible for supporting the Project Director in various aspects of project management, including document translation, workflow coordination, meeting organization, and process optimization. The role requires strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate should have a background in engineering/construction management and a proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution. Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, including reading, listening, and writing skills. Capable of handling daily document translations. Possess proven experience in project management, assisting the project manager in daily operations. Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, proactive communication, and coordination with various departments to promote project operations. Bold and decisive, able to assume some project manager responsibilities when necessary. Obedient to management, with strong execution skills, assisting the project manager in fully following up on the implementation of various tasks. Possess strong independent working ability, excellent organizational and coordination skills, team spirit, strong communication and expression skills, keen insight, and strong comprehension ability. Able to complete work efficiently and with high quality. Responsible for coordinating the workflow of various project departments, promoting the smooth progress of project tasks. Responsible for preparing performance management requirements for each department and setting work goals and plans. Able to assist the project manager in optimizing work processes and improving departmental work efficiency. Responsible for organizing and preparing various departmental meetings, recording and outputting meeting minutes, and regularly monitoring the execution results according to the meeting minutes. Responsible for organizing and preparing various activities and training sessions to enhance team cohesion and improve the comprehensive abilities of team members. Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned. Qualifications: Educational or professional background in architecture, construction, or interior design is preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or any similar field. With extensive experience working as a Project Assistant and Translator. With experience working in a Casino/Hotel management. Willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed.
