Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines SNMAC CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP. Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱2,400,000 per year

SnMAC Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

  • Administer the daily site activities by doing a visual inspection of the work being initiated, checking the work accomplished and further give reports to the Project Engineer, Office Engineer and clients for work evaluation & enhancement if needed.
  • Prepare project work schedule.
  • Coordinate with the Office Engineer, Purchasing Staff and HR Generalist for securing of materials and manpower needed onsite.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site including supervising all construction workers.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per design, drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards.
  • Ensure safety protocols for workers, equipment and materials are followed onsite.
  • And all other works there may be.

Administrative & Documentation Tasks:

  • Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Keep records of site activities and material usage.
  • Maintain site records, drawings, change orders and work permits if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least one (1) year experience in residential houses, residential and showflat projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong analytical, problem- solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site or travel to project locations as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training or equivalent safety certification preferred
