About the role
As an Online Channel Sales Assistant Manager at Meatworld International, Inc., you will play a key role in driving the company's online sales strategy and expanding its presence in the digital marketplace. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's online sales channels, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms and KANEGOSYO PARTNERS

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility

  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of online sales activities

  • Monitor and address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills in online sales and customer service

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in online retail to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising online sales channels and campaigns

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Adaptability and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
