Position Summary As a Sales Order Desk Specialist, you are responsible for managing and processing orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This may involve entering data into our order processing system, creating reports, and validating order allocation. You must provide excellent customer service and offer solutions to any problems that may arise. Role and Responsibilities Roles and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to: Focuses on nationwide & overall transactions of Sales Orders(SO) & Delivery Orders(DO) for Samsung Mobile(MX) products Manages MX Outsourced employees assigned for MX transactions (OS Team Leader & Staffs) Reports MX SO/DO issues to Sales Order Desk Part Leader & MX Sales Operations Team Manages SO/DO for L1 Online, B2B Sales, Export, Online Business Transactions & Redemption Management System Process SO/DOs of BCD Grade SKUs, Mockups & Live Demo Units Participates in the Business Analysis, Process Improvement and Workshops for Order Management and Logistics. Requests STO(stock/inventory transfer orders) Requests Sales Orders for Credit block releasing to proceed for DO creation. Creates SO/DO using OCR (for specific dealers) Creates SO/DO of MX FOC requests (In House, Service & Gifts/Tokens) Setup of condition requests of SKUs in Sales Portal Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related course 3+ years of experience working in a multi-national company Extensive experience in SAP or other related system Extensive knowledge in MS Office tools, specially Excel and Power Point High attention to detail Great communication and customer service skills Ability to work on tight deadlines and multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment If you’re up for the challenging yet rewarding role, click on apply now #LI-SEPCO * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
