Your Role

We help clients show up where it matters most — in search engines and AI-powered results. As an SEO Specialist, you’ll take ownership of audits, reporting, and optimisation across technical, on-page and off-page SEO. You’ll use leading tools, apply clear strategies, and bring a passion for how search and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) are evolving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies across technical, on-page and off-page areas.
  • Run site audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Optimise content structure, internal linking, and metadata for visibility and engagement.
  • Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Search Console to monitor and improve performance.
  • Track and report on key metrics — rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Stay across algorithm updates and AEO developments, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with content, dev, and client teams to deliver practical recommendations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO, with strong technical and reporting skills.
  • Proficient with SEO and analytics tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing SC).
  • Clear understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (crawl, indexing, site health).
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects under pressure.
  • Passionate about SEO, AEO, and keeping up with the latest in search.
  • Comfortable receiving and actioning feedback fast
  • Excellent written English and comfort working in sync with an Australian-based team
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Webflow, Profound etc.
  • Experience briefing or writing SEO content
