Company TVI Resource Development Phils Inc. (operating mine Balabag Project) with a group of companies (Greenstone Resources Corporation - Siana Project and Mt. Labo - Mabilo Project) is a gold and silver processing plant and mining expansion. For supply chain support we need effective supply chain talents to join as soon as possible. Role Description This is a full‑time Makati based role as Logistics Officer. The head office is located in Makati City. The Logistics Officer will directly oversee all importation requirements for all phases of construction from initial planning to project completion. This includes managing subcontractors (brokers and international freight forwarders), ensuring compliance with Bureau of Customs (BOC), procurement and logistics policy, safety regulations, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project completion. The Logistics Officer will also be responsible for ordering materials, inspecting work performed, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities Assist in planning and execution of department targets (strategic procurement, logistics visibility, customs processing, and permitting compliance) of import and local transactions. Review local and international purchases while proactively seeking and developing new suppliers that fit existing project mine sites and newly acquired mine sites. Review purchase requisitions and assign to buyers. Review canvass sheets, analyze offers, and perform negotiations. Continue to update with latest market trends; supply agreement, benchmarking, and related best practices to improve and get value on spending. Submit Key Performance Indicators (KPI) weekly. Submit training calendar for the department. Review database and ensure timely archival of documents in shared folders. Qualifications Graduate in Customs or Business Management or professional credentials related to business management or any related course. Formal education in supply chain management (PISM, DSL, CSB, AIM, PASIA Program). Certified professional in purchasing, logistics, customer service and demand replenishment is an advantage. Experience in project management, construction management, logistics (import and export) and supervision. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to review specifications and order the best quality at source. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with construction management software and tools. A bachelor's degree in customs is required. Experience in the construction industry is a must. Licensed customs broker is a must.
