Visitor Management: Welcoming and directing visitors, ensuring a professional and hospitable reception. Invoice Processing and Expense Reports: Assisting with the processing of invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing expense reports, often working closely with the finance department. Logistics Duties Inventory Management: Overseeing the storage, organization, and tracking of goods, materials, and supplies. This includes conducting regular inventory checks and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
