Responsibilities: The role is responsible for ensuring that all facilities and general services requests from employees are efficiently addressed through the company’s ticketing and digital platforms. It involves monitoring and coordinating facility maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, and utility services, while ensuring that all activities comply with safety, quality, and company policies. The position also works closely with vendors and contractors, keeps records and reports updated, and supports overall office operations to maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
