Create and issue proforma invoices for transactions and coordination with suppliers or clients. Draft and prepare contracts and other business documents for the processing plant. Handle and maintain documentation requirements for importation activities. Manage petty cash funds, including disbursement, recording, and monitoring of expenses. Conduct bank transactions , payments, deposits, and other company errands as needed. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related business course. 1 to 2 years of experience as an Office Staff or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office management tools.
