Senior Administrative, Compliance, and Procurement Specialist Location: Philippines (Hybrid / Remote eligible with approval) Schedule: Core Business Hours Reports to: Country Manager About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Administrative, Compliance, and Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support across compliance, procurement, executive assistance, and travel management. You’ll work closely with leadership and global teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and seamless day-to-day operations. If you’re highly organized, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Oversee Philippine compliance requirements — consolidating and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory submissions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE, LGUs, etc.). Manage complex travel logistics, including visa and permit processing, for both local and international arrangements. Provide executive-level administrative support — manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations, and handle correspondence. Handle procurement and financial administration — manage purchase orders, reconcile expenses, and support employee engagement activities. Plan and support corporate events, summits, and special projects by coordinating logistics, research, and documentation. Maintain organized records and manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Collaborate with the global Executive Assistant network to ensure business continuity and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration, compliance, procurement, or a similar role — ideally supporting senior-level executives. Background in shared services, BPO, or outsourced industries is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid problem-solving abilities. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
