Overview

Technical Support Specialist based in Angeles City, Pampanga. We are urgently hiring IT Service Desk and Technical Support Representatives to join our expanding team. The role involves providing expert advice and information to potential customers about products and services, delivering excellent customer service, and using a consultative approach to selling and client conversion. Onsite work is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and information to users about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot problems with computer hardware or software.
  • Deliver excellent problem-solving and customer service to support and sales objectives.
  • Assist in client conversion through informed, consultative interactions.
  • Work collaboratively within the IT Service Desk and support teams.
Qualifications
  • Must have 24 months (2 years and up) of technical service or ITSD experience.
  • College graduate for any computer-related course (for TSR only).
  • Amenable to work onsite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English proficiency preferred.
Salary

Salary up to Php 35,000–40,000 per month, depending on technical experience.

Location

Schedule
