  • Kitchen Equipment Technician: Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment.
  • Kitchen Equipment Technical Supervisor: Oversee a team of technicians. Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment.
  • Kitchen Equipment Technician (Gas): Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment. Maintain and repair refrigeration and AC systems. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
  • Kitchen Maintenance Technician: Handle general maintenance tasks in a kitchen environment. Broad mechanical skills applicable to kitchen equipment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the kitchen equipment industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment types, functions, and common maintenance issues.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage service requests and appointments.
  • Proficiency in computer systems for managing service orders, scheduling, and customer information.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail in order processing, data entry, and customer communication.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales representatives, customer service teams, and other departments.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software for data entry and reporting.
