Role Overview

As an HR Advisor, you will assess and support the HR operations of member-cooperatives, providing strategic guidance, training, and customized tools to professionalize their HR functions. You'll work closely with cooperative HR teams and Boards to elevate organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HR assessments to identify strengths, gaps, and priorities
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to cooperative leadership
  • Facilitate HR intervention planning and coaching sessions
  • Customize HR templates, manuals, and tools to suit cooperative needs
  • Act as a resource person in training events and promote NATCCO services
  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams and prepare trip reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related fields
  • With experience in various HR functions, with emphasis on Organizational Development
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to develop strategic HR interventions and tools
